I’m Tania a qualified therapist and a trainee counselling psychologist.

My therapy practice specialises in supporting people experiencing anxiety. I have worked with a wide variety of people from all walks of life. Providing effective talking therapy to promote confidence, a stronger mindset, and reducing stress, anxiety and fears.

​My role is to guide and encourage the people I work with to achieve their best hopes, become stronger leaders, improve working and intimate relationships, and support a change in unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns.​

I primarily use a person-centred solution focused approach to help you identify your best hopes for your future. Your brain works with you throughout our sessions together to seek opportunities for positive change.

As you move towards your preferred future, your best hopes can expand too. This is because we regularly impose limitations on what we think we can achieve. However, as our confidence grows in our abilities, our self-limiting beliefs begin to diminish.

Solution focused questions work with you to help you decide on the future that’s right for you and the best means of getting you there.
