Online Weekly Hypnotherapy and Relaxation Sessions

This is your opportunity to enjoy some relaxation time from the comfort of your own home. No one knows you are watching, unless you type a message saying hello, or ask a question. Your camera and mic are never turned on. This is your time to feel safe, comfortable and completely at ease. I’m ‘live’ delivering the relaxation every Saturday (except the second Saturday of each month). The times vary, but all sessions are easily accessible for you to listen to at your leisure for as long as you are in the group. The first month is completely free too, thereafter it is £1.99 on a monthly basis, with an option to cancel any time.

Meditation and Mindfulness followed by deep relaxation Hypnotherapy

90 minutes of bliss. 45 minutes of Meditation and Mindfulness and 45 minutes of Hypnotherapy.


Starts at 4:30pm, Every Thursday from 2nd November to 7th December .

Spaces are limited to only ten people and they sell out very fast, so please do book on as soon as you can if you are keen to join us.

What you will receive is:

Deep relaxation using advanced hypnotherapy techniques to help improve sleep and lower levels of stress, anxiety and depression.

Learning & education to understand how the brain works and help to manage stress, overwhelm, depression, and anxiety. Different sessions will explore tips on improving your sleep, gaining confidence, improving your self-worth and so much more.

Meditation tools to help you learn to meditate using various techniques and finding the right one for you.

What will you need?
Comfy Yoga mat – – Chairs are available, if lying on the floor is not accessible for you.
Pillows or bolsters for under your head and under your knees
Blanket to keep you warm

Comfy clothes, PJ’s or Onesie are fine too
