Yesterday we spoke about being kind to others …. What if we were also kind to ourselves?
What did you have for breakfast today?? Did you even have breakfast?? What about lunch??
The next time you eat something today be kind to yourself by putting away your phone ?, turning off the TV ? or radio? and just enjoying your food?… and potentially the company of others around you if there are people you are eating with.????
